Retribution White Rum
Unaged, Pure Single Rum.
Fermented from 100% molasses and double pot distilled in Frome Somerset. We have been busy the past few months fermenting 1000kg’s of molasses and distilling the resulting molasses wine into rum. The vast majority of the produced rum will be going into ex bourbon casks but the rum tasted so good we thought we really should release a small amount as an unaged rum.
The rum comes in at 44%abv and has notes of caramel, toffee and biscotti on he nose and when sipped is very smooth for an unaged rum. The rum can be sipped neat or used in a range of rum cocktails.
Volume: 70cl, abv: 44%
