One of the first cask we laid down and its a good one, lots of toffee, caramel and butterscotch on the nose and pallet, and a lovely creamy mouthfeel (you have to love direct fired stills).
Unbelievable sip-able even at 63.3 % and with a dash of water it open up a treat.
We are immensely proud to have produce this whisky in Somerset - Somerset’s first ever publicly available whisky!
