Our 2nd release and possibly our best (well i would say that :-)). We have listened to a lot of the feed back on the first release and as much as i love drinking cask strength we have decided to drop the abv down to a respectable 53.3%abv.
Big notes of orange/citrus and vanilla on the nose with our usual thick creamy mouth feel with a slight warming pepperiness to the finish.
It really is amazing the impact the previous bourbon producers liquid can have on our whisky, this release is very different to PR001 and i cant wait to share it with you.
